I have been a loyal customer of Mega-Machine for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-5894-HVW-4797) on June 26, 1997, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
