Mega-Machine refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9756-BWJ-6805 placed with Mega-Machine on November 27, 2019. I paid $590.98 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Litzy O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
