I am writing regarding order #ORD-2175-ENQ-9334 placed with Mega-Machine on August 22, 2020. I paid $922.83 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Henri D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
