I want to report a serious concern with Royal Asset Associates's package that I purchased on March 29, 2001 from your West Thadside, Minnesota store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jovan S., but my issue remains unresolved.
