I purchased a package from Royal Asset Associates on June 6, 1995. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Julian I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
