Billing dispute with Silver Retreat

On May 17, 1970, I signed up for Silver Retreat's maintenance program at their East Elizaberg, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $465.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Aaron E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
