Unsatisfactory resolution from Architecture Bros Seongnam

On October 6, 2023, I signed up for Architecture Bros Seongnam's setup assistance at their Konopelskimouth, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $527.14, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kali T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
