ATM malfunction at Capital Venture Trust resulted in lost funds

I purchased a tool from Capital Venture Trust on October 23, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cali L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
