Heritage Fund Group failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4449-UJN-4862 placed with Heritage Fund Group on December 20, 2022. I paid $417.36 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Otto T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
