Unsatisfactory resolution from Trust of Summit Group

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1478-QWT-7812 placed with Trust of Summit Group on October 1, 1973. I paid $165.15 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jillian T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
