I purchased a plan from Golden Suites & Getaways on March 14, 2008. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Asia O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
