Warranty claim denied by Golden Suites & Getaways

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9493-ALB-1758 placed with Golden Suites & Getaways on February 10, 1988. I paid $308.45 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Katelyn G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
