Frustrated with Comfort Oasis & Getaways Corp.'s lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4833-TFD-5924 placed with Comfort Oasis & Getaways Corp. on July 9, 2016. I paid $528.41 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tre D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
