Unsatisfactory resolution from Solid Projects Holdings

On November 15, 1984, I signed up for Solid Projects Holdings's training session at their Windlerhaven, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $504.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tomasa U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
