Credit card dispute with Cash Corporation Group

On July 14, 1979, I signed up for Cash Corporation Group's delivery service at their Port Morganville, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $157.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Aileen O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
