Delayed delivery from Cash Corporation Group

On December 15, 1982, I signed up for Cash Corporation Group's upgrade service at their Port Reinholdside, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $957.2, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Reva Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
