Hidden fees discovered from Pinnacle Credit Services

On December 26, 1983, I signed up for Pinnacle Credit Services's upgrade service at their North Mikayla, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $858.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lane L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
