I want to report a serious concern with Components Engineering Milwaukee's item that I purchased on April 15, 1970 from your Port Chanelleborough, Vermont store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ryleigh R., but my issue remains unresolved.
