I have been a loyal customer of Escape at Comfort for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-4504-LNC-7201) on March 17, 2011, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
