Refund refused by Escape at Comfort

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6119-AMR-1551 placed with Escape at Comfort on October 22, 1977. I paid $310.9 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kaycee W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
