I am writing regarding order #ORD-6412-ULN-7643 placed with Premier Tech Alliance Bochum Ltd. on August 26, 2018. I paid $28.82 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Efren R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
