I am writing regarding order #ORD-7314-ELC-3981 placed with National Money Brokers Corp. on January 10, 1974. I paid $319.71 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Icie R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
