I purchased a platform from National Money Brokers Corp. on May 24, 1972. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Billie W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
