I purchased a system from The Crystal Suites Valencia on October 8, 1983. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hunter P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
