On May 21, 1971, I signed up for Classic Hotel Group's technical assistance at their Loybury, New York location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $706.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maida P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
