Warranty claim denied by Global-Fabrication Canberra

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1862-NNY-1975 placed with Global-Fabrication Canberra on February 25, 2015. I paid $707.81 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Carson Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
