Global-Fabrication Canberra provided defective product

On June 25, 2003, I signed up for Global-Fabrication Canberra's upgrade service at their South Aaliyahshire, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $931.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maia J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
