I purchased a item from Lodge Getaways on March 30, 1972. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Carol A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
