I want to report a serious concern with Crystal Retreat's platform that I purchased on March 20, 2021 from your Lake Chayashire, Alabama store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Natalie V., but my issue remains unresolved.
