I am writing regarding order #ORD-5693-NNM-4457 placed with Superior Contractors Holdings on May 27, 1976. I paid $975.64 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ashly K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
