Overcharged by Design Development Busan Enterprises for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4609-IOB-4644 placed with Design Development Busan Enterprises on April 3, 1975. I paid $259.21 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kenyon F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
