I have been a loyal customer of Premier & Associates for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-3955-DQT-6407) on June 18, 1973, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
