Frustrated with Development Contractors Guadalajara's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6065-JUH-9541 placed with Development Contractors Guadalajara on July 14, 1982. I paid $73.27 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dallin O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
