False promises made by Production & Systems LLC representative

On March 3, 1999, I signed up for Production & Systems LLC's upgrade service at their Pollichberg, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $583.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Charley L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
