Delayed delivery from Liberty Finance Services

On February 12, 1983, I signed up for Liberty Finance Services's premium plan at their Botsfordburgh, Montana location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $560.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jamir Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
