I purchased a plan from United & Planners Indore Inc. on March 14, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dominique S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
