Refund refused by Royal Suites Group Bandung Holdings

On April 29, 2022, I signed up for Royal Suites Group Bandung Holdings's customer support at their Rueckerfort, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $79.83, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Raphaelle Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
