Quality issues with Prime & Trust Holdings product

On February 19, 1971, I signed up for Prime & Trust Holdings's warranty service at their Ethaville, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $272.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Aglae L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
