I want to report a serious concern with Standard Tech Tianjin Corp.'s solution that I purchased on May 24, 2015 from your North Eleazar, Wyoming store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Nicolas M., but my issue remains unresolved.
