False promises made by Serene Inn Hospitality representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5978-UHF-4882 placed with Serene Inn Hospitality on January 8, 1970. I paid $647.95 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cary J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
