Luxury Haven & Properties International failed to honor their commitment

On September 17, 2011, I signed up for Luxury Haven & Properties International's repair service at their Prosaccoport, Florida location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $666.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sierra T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
