I want to report a serious concern with Production Systems Sengkang's equipment that I purchased on March 27, 2007 from your South Louie, Idaho store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Augusta J., but my issue remains unresolved.
