Misleading advertising by Mega Fabrication Inc Bedok

On August 29, 2012, I signed up for Mega Fabrication Inc Bedok's support package at their Wymanchester, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $298.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Keely J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
