Crystal Residence & International Inc. refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6945-AZG-1664 placed with Crystal Residence & International Inc. on February 6, 1971. I paid $791.20 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Darrion R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
