I want to report a serious concern with Crystal Residence & International Inc.'s item that I purchased on May 16, 1971 from your Port Zetta, New Mexico store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Marianna J., but my issue remains unresolved.
