I am writing regarding order #ORD-6193-RMD-6736 placed with Premier Tech Corporation on May 11, 2011. I paid $341.48 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jennie Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
