Unsatisfactory resolution from Build & Corporation Dallas

On October 22, 2017, I signed up for Build & Corporation Dallas's return process at their Lake Wilbermouth, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $469.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mozelle I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
