Billing dispute with Prime Production Inc

On August 28, 1996, I signed up for Prime Production Inc's troubleshooting service at their McLaughlinview, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $340.12, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Karlee D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
