I purchased a accessory from Prime Production Inc on June 16, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Tessie I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
