Poor customer service experience with Classic Retreat

On July 10, 2021, I signed up for Classic Retreat's repair service at their Parkerview, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $815.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rocio W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
